You can upgrade your station's plan anytime you want. Simply click on the upgrade button which you can find on my account page. You won't lose any data and all of your settings will stay same so you don't have to worry about anything. You will receive your new features instantly after the upgrade. We will be prorating the price difference between the two packages so you don't have to wait for the end of your current plan's next payment date for upgrading and you won't lose any money.

Downgrades are not possible -because of technical reasons at our end, not because we wanted to restrict this- but you can create a new radio station under the same account and manually migrate your music files and playlists from the old to the new one. Then you can cancel the previous radio station. Keep in mind that your stream URL and endpoints will change in this case and we are not providing migration service.

Yes. You can create and manage as many radio stations as you want under the same account.

All plans accept all major credit/debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, CB.

You can choose to be billed in either US Dollars ($), Euro (€) or British Pound Sterling (£).

Probably you do not have enough balance on your card or your card might be not allowed for online purchases. You can check your card limit, check online purchase permissions, try another card or contact your bank.

Your station may have been suspended due to a failed payment. Be sure your credit or debit card has enough limit and manually renew your subscription by clicking the renew button which is under your station's subscription detail page on my account page. If your card is expired or you want to change it, you can change your payment methods on the My Account -> Payment Methods page. If you have enough balance but still unable to make payment, please contact your bank to resolve the issue or try another card. Your station will reactivate automatically after successful payment.

You can create radio stations for your customers and charge them for your consultancy or management services.

Broadcasting

Not at all! Our tutorials will guide you and we are here to help whenever you need support.

Yes. You can use our live web dj to broadcast anywhere over your browser or your software of choice such as VirtualDJ, Mixxx, Audio Hijack etc...

At the admin panel you can create DJ accounts yourself. They can use that account to make live shows via your WebDJ panel or via 3rd party software.

If you want to add station managers, send us your managers’ e-mail addresses so we can create accounts for them and give permissions to manage your station. Also you can select which permissions should they have. Some might just have permission to add song files, manage playlists and some might have other rights. You can also write us via live chat or e-mail to customize your user permissions.

In Radiolize you do not need to leave your computer on. Your radio stations are in the cloud Radiolize Studios and your powerful AutoDJ's will operate 24 hours a day.

Also, for Radiolizers who wish to broadcast over their computers, it is also possible to broadcast 24/7 via 3rd party broadcasting softwares (this could be useful for FM/DAB radios or advanced radio geeks for example).

Yes. All of our plans include a widget builder. You can design and copy-paste the code of your own player, latest played, station schedule and song request widgets to where you want to display such as on your website or apps.

All of them are responsive and work on most browsers as well as iPhone, iPad and most newer Android phones & tablets.

Radiolize can broadcast up to 320Kbps and supports the most popular audio formats such as MP3, AAC, WAV… For best results, we recommend uploading stereo files encoded at a minimum 128Kbps.

Yes, better than all of our competitors we have the most configurable settings for adverts and jingles. You can check here to see how.

Unlike terrestrial radio, you do not need to actually own a license in order to broadcast your stream online.

However, if your station is going to be playing commercial music, as opposed to a talk radio station, you may need to obtain a license in order to fully protect yourself and ensure you are not infringing on anyone else’s copyright.

It mostly depends on where you live. You can check more information about this here.

Yes. In any plan, you can see very detailed live and past geographic reports.

Yes. Under Settings - Integrations you will see how you can connect your radio station easily with TuneIn, Discord, Twitter, Telegram, Google Analytics and Matomo Analytics. Also, you can generate your own generic API and webhooks easily.

If you need more API's, you can visit here for example documentation.

Yes. We have a SoundExchange reporting tool that you can use for declaring your reports to P.R.O's. You can find it at Reports - SoundExchange Royalties in your Radiolize Studio.
