Hi! You can upgrade your station's plan anytime you want. Simply click on the upgrade button, which you can find on the 'My Account' page. You won't lose any data, and all of your settings will stay the same, so you don't have to worry about anything. You will receive your new features instantly after the upgrade. We will prorate the price difference between the two packages, so you don't have to wait until the end of your current plan's next payment date for upgrading, and you won't lose any money.

Unfortunately, downgrades are not possible due to technical reasons on our end – this isn't a restriction we intended. However, you can create a new radio station under the same account and manually migrate your music files and playlists from the old station to the new one. Afterward, you can cancel the previous radio station. Please note that your stream URL and endpoints will change in this case, and we do not offer a migration service.

You can choose to be billed in either US Dollars ($), Euro (€), or British Pound Sterling (£).

Hi! Probably you do not have enough balance on your card or your card might be not allowed for online purchases. You can manually renew your payment by clicking on your station name and click to renew button. You can make a manual renewal after checking your card limit, and online purchase permissions. If you still struggle, you can try another card or contact your bank.

Hi! Your station may have been suspended due to a failed payment. Be sure your credit or debit card has enough limit and manually renew your subscription by clicking the renew button which is under your station's subscription detail page on my account page. If your card is expired or you want to change it, you can change your payment methods on the My Account -> Payment Methods page. If you have enough balance but still unable to make payment, please contact your bank to resolve the issue or try another card. Your station will reactivate automatically after successful payment.

  3. Log in to your Radiolize account, and navigate to the main settings. 
  4. Locate the "Logo URL" field and paste the copied image link.
  5. Save the changes to update your station's logo.

Hi! Yes, you can add a relay to your radio station. To do that, log in to your Radiolize Studio > Click on the Manage button > Click on the Settings section, and find the Relay section.

While relaying the whole station is possible, relaying different stations for different times is not possible via our playlists.

Hi! Yes. You can use our live web dj to broadcast anywhere over your browser or your software of choice such as VirtualDJ, Mixxx, Audio Hijack, etc...

At the admin panel, you can create accounts for your DJ's. They can use that account to make live shows via your WebDJ panel or via 3rd party software.

If you want to add additional station managers, send us your managers’ e-mail addresses so we can create accounts for them and give them permission to manage your station. Also, you can select which permissions should they have. Some might just have permission to add song files, and manage playlists and some might have other rights.

Hi! In Radiolize you do not need to leave your computer on. Your radio stations are in the cloud Radiolize Studios and your powerful AutoDJ will operate 24 hours a day.

Also, for Radiolizers who wish to broadcast over their computers, it is also possible to broadcast 24/7 via 3rd party broadcasting software (this could be useful for FM/DAB radios or advanced radio geeks).

Hi! All of our plans include a widget builder. You can design and copy-paste the code of your own player, latest played, station schedule, and song request widgets to where you want to display such as on your website or apps.

All of them are responsive and work on most browsers as well as iPhone, iPad, and most newer Android phones & tablets.

Hi! Unlike terrestrial radio, you may not need to actually own a license in order to broadcast your stream online.

However, if your station is going to be playing commercial music, as opposed to a talk radio station, you may need to obtain a license in order to fully protect yourself and ensure you are not infringing on anyone else’s copyright.

If you're broadcasting through Radiolize WebDJ, you can update your metadata on the Metadata tab. However, if you're using different software, please ensure that your metadata settings are configured properly and the software is set up to send metadata to the Radiolize stream.

Hi! You can both use our APIs and built-in webhooks for free. You can automatically send a message to any URL when your station data changes with Generic Web Hook or easily send song metadata changes to TuneIn, automatically send a customized message to your Discord server, use the Telegram Bot API to send a message to a channel, automatically send a tweet.
